INFORMATION NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION LAW
As Power International Export, trading as Elasan Real Estate Consultancy Limited Company, we would like to inform you of the following points regarding the protection of personal data that we process as the data controller in accordance with the Turkish Constitution and Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK” or “Law”) and secondary regulations, with the awareness that the protection of personal data is a fundamental right and within the scope of our obligation to inform.
- Personal Data We Process and Purposes of Processing
As Power International Export, as the data controller within the scope of the Turkish Constitution, the Personal Data Protection Law (“KVKK” or “Law”) and secondary regulations, we process customer transaction data containing identity and contact data of our customers to whom we provide our products and services, as well as the password information created during the membership process on our company’s website “https://powerinternationalexport.com/”; We process and keep the identity and contact data of the employees/authorized persons/contact persons of the supplier companies we benefit from for the purpose of running and improving our company’s commercial activities. These personal data are processed within the scope of the execution of contract processes, monitoring of customer relations and marketing processes, and fulfillment of the operation, production, sales, and follow-up processes of the services we provide, limited to the purposes of providing our product/service sales services, carrying out financial and accounting affairs, monitoring requests and complaints, sending newsletter subscriptions and campaign and promotional notifications to you if you give your explicit consent, fulfilling the obligations stipulated in the legislation we are subject to, especially the Law on Protection of Consumers No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation, and running and developing our company’s commercial activities. These personal data are kept in digital and physical environments owned by our company. In case the reasons requiring the processing of this personal data cease to exist, we delete/destroy or anonymize them in accordance with the KVKK and relevant legislation and our company’s storage and destruction policy.
- To Whom and for Which Purposes Personal Data Can be Transferred
Personal data of the relevant individuals mentioned in the first article of this information text may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, suppliers and business partners who provide services within the scope of the processing purposes listed in the same article and within the framework of the basic security and confidentiality principles specified in the KVKK, provided that sufficient measures are taken.
- Method of Collecting and Legal Basis of Personal Data Processing
Personal data processed within our Company based on the legal grounds set forth in the fifth article of the KVKK, including “the necessity of processing personal data belonging to the parties of a contract directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract”, “the necessity of processing personal data for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject are not harmed”, “the necessity of processing personal data for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation”, and, if necessary, based on explicit consent legal grounds. The personal data is collected through verbal and written notifications made by the relevant individuals to our Company, both automatically and non-automatically, within the framework of these legal grounds and with the necessary measures taken in terms of basic security and privacy principles specified in the KVKK.
- Rights of the Data Subject Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data to our company by personally visiting our address at Hürriyet Mahallesi, Cemil Bengü Caddesi No:8/1 Kağıthane/İstanbul, sending a registered letter via notary, or using your individual KEP address or electronic mail address previously notified to and recorded by our company system, by sending an email to info@powerinternationalexport.com. Our company will evaluate and conclude your requests within the shortest time possible and no later than thirty days, in accordance with the Regulation on Application Procedures and Principles of the Data Controller
